Veg cake with Chocobella
- 180 g of flour
- 140 g of raw cane sugar
- 30 of bitter cocoa powder
- 200 ml of water
- 8 table spoons of Chocobella classic or noir
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder1 bustina di lievito per dolci
Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl and add raw cane sugar.
Add slowly the water and mix together with a whisk until the dough becomes homogenous.
Add Chocobella spread and stir well.
Take a round baking tray 30 cm diameter, cover it with the baking paper and pour the dough. Bake it for 40 minutes at temperature of 180°C in a non-convection oven heated up in advance.
Cool it down before serving. If you like you can put some powdered sugar.
