Curry chicken skewers with peanut sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g of chicken breast
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (fat free)
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 table spoon of Peanucci organic roasted peanut butter
  • 2 table spoons of soybean sauce
  • Salt

 

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the sauce with Greek yogurt, salt and curry.

Cut the chicken breast in medium size pieces or ask your butcher to do it for you and put it into the Greek sauce you’ve just prepared. Cover it and keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.

Take the pieces of chicken and put it on the wooden stick making skewers.

Put the skewers on the baking plate coated with the baking paper and bake it for 10 minutes at 180°C in warmed up oven and 10-15°C of the final cook at 200°C.

In the meanwhile, prepare a sauce with peanut butter, soybean sauce and few tbs of water, until you’ll get the sauce of the mayo consistency.

Serve the skewers warm with the on side peanut sauce.
