Banana ice cream sticks with peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 2 table spoons of Damiano roasted peanut butter bio Peanuci
- 1 table spoon of Damiano agave syrup (facultative)
- 1 table spoon of bitter cocoa powder (facultative)
- 1 cup of water or vegetable drink
Peel the bananas, chop them and put it in a blender together with water or vegetable drink and peanut butter and blend it until it becomes creamy and smooth.
For a delicious double flavour ice cream, pour half of the cream into ice cream moulds. Add cocoa powder and eventually agave syrup to the remaining cream and blend it again.
Pour the cacao cream to the moulds and put the stick.
Put it in freezer for 4-6 hours before it will be ready to eat.
If you wish to switch this healthy snack into a yummy summer dessert, melt 100g of dark chocolate, immerse the ice cream and add some granulated roasted hazelnuts or almonds.
